Bamboos offers 24-hour private nursing services. All our nurses and mid-wives are registered under Hong Kong Nursing Council and they have obtained morale recommendations and health proof. Over 9,000 carefully selected nursing staff can provide caring services for new-born babies, toddlers, pregnant women, the elderly, and patients. Nursing staff can also perform escorting services around Hong Kong, China and overseas.

Comprehensive Protection

Bamboos has attained ISO9001:2008 world class standard, and also provide free professional liability (up to $3,000,000 in claims and litigation fees) / personal accident insurance for all our nursing staff, which is the sole nursing agent offering this protection.

Our professional liability / personal accident insurance covers all of our Registered Nurses (RN), Enrolled Nurses (EN), Health Care Assistants (HCA), and Health Workers (HW). The coverage includes: Up to $3,000,000 in claims and litigation fees – to insure our staff against accusation and claims for malpractice or negligence during the provision of practice under Bamboos.

We also provide personal accident insurance for our Personal Care Workers (PCW) and China Trained Nurses (CTN), insuring them against accidental death and any unintentional permanent accidental disability during the provision of service under Bamboos.

QBE underwrites this insurance scheme since we at Bamboos are recognized for our professional and ethical nursing services, as well as our quality management. We bear all the insurance premiums for all our workers.
